Edit: Problem resolved... it seemed the problem lies with the lobby attendant sorting my package to the wrong building... Got my package now...

TL;DR, I ordered a Pretty Armor Paver-1 from Anastasia888 and it was supposed to be delivered by LEX PH driver JOSE BUENDIA JR. [Tuktukan Hub] I got notification that the delivery was made and went to the lobby to retrieve it but alas, nothing...

no deliveries whatsoever. Went again to lobby after double checking messages and see it says delivered... again, nothing. I double checked my delivery address and telephone number...

both are correct... I AM FURIOUS at Lazada’s incompetent courier! They even have the nerve to FAKE MY SIGNATURE to make it seemed I received it!!! Total value lost...


I live in a condo with a very clear address and a fully staffed lobby with staff and security guards on duty and LEX PH delivery simply treated my package as if it's garbage, tossed it to who knows where and calls it a day.
