Poor customer service, they give you dates that they cannot follow, worst is no updates of what happened. The merchants who entrusted their products to these site should think twice, because of the poor customer service even them as merchants will be affected.

Different customer support who reply system generated macros without reading the whole thread.

Don't be fooled by convenient shopping promise because, with the way they treat their customers it totally negates the convenient shopping

You can check the thread of emails u had with 5 customer supports who cannot resolve my concer and 2 senior customer support, the 2x giving of dates for the pick of the item to be returned and yet, no courier came to pick up the item i had to leave from work just to wait losing allowances for the promises unkept and until now no refund still! Not even compensation for inconvenience.
