Good Evening Sir/ Madam,

I would like to replaced the Smartwach Modoex M9 with invoice # 356563836 delivered to us found not working properly.My wife open and charge the unit until she open it but ended that no power at all.Thank you for your consideration and continue support with regards to this matter. Your avid costumer that highly recommend you in all of my friend on board Royal Carribean Ships.
