I have returned 2 items with Lazada but the first item I haven't got any refund.I returned it because it doesnt work when i received it.According to them it will be credited to the account where it was taken,but the thing is I purcahed it on a case basis.The second item I returned it because it stoos working after a day.Its been 3 days now but still haven't git any response from the.I am asking for a replacement.I'm gonna report this to the social media if they will not going to replace it within the day.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
