very poor service !!

my first time to order lazada natanggap ko ung item last nov.7 and i return the item that day also. basag kasi ...

nagrequest ako ng change item nlng same item .. kala ko 3-5 working days lang process ng change item. hanggang sa unabot ng isang buwan ... grabe investigation pa dw ng item ko daig nyo pa mga nbi kung mag imbestiga !!!

at sinabi refund nlng daw bank deposit nlng daw . 3-5 days again ... after 1 week voucher ntanggap ku dec 2 ?? anung serbisyo meron kayo ?

tas ngaun 3-5 days ulit ang provmcess para ilipat na bank deposit nlang ulit ?? eh ano nang araw ngaun ? dec.16 na lazada saan na yong pera ko magpapasko na po ...

ano next year nlang ba ?? haaay paki ayos nmn po salamat!
