I got a defective item form lazada and returned it same day as delivered mat. 17, 2017 but until now mar.

22, 2017 there is no resolution. I havent received a replacement yet.

Product or Service Mentioned: Oplus Android Crunch Cell Phone.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Customer support.
