Good day lazada..

Problema ko po ai.,mali po ung na receive kong item. Pakitingin nlng sa naka attach na image.

Na ibalik ko na to sa inyo gamit ang lbc last oct. 26. But until now wala parin ako natatanggap na minsahe galing sa inyo. Ganyan po ba kayo mag.assest ng custumer?..uu nga within 5days ang delivery nyo within manila.

Pero papadalhan mo namn kami ng maling item..

Pero ngayon., mag.aantay ako sa return na 30days??..grabe namn.,napaka incompetent. paki follow.up nmn order koh..nag.iisa lng yan..ito po 301971329

I have the same problem. They gave me the wrong item.

Refund lang daw available, they do not allow replacements.

And matagal before they contact you. Lazada has the WORST return policy.
