Dear Lazada, Bago niyo i ship yung item, sigaraduhin niyo na maayos yung item at yung lalagyanan ng item! Yung natanggap ko yung inorder kong headphones tanggal yung isang logo tas parang napisat yung box ng headphones. Please ayusin niyo naman trabaho niyo

Marketplace items which are sold and fulfilled by merchants and seller. All MarketPlace items came directly from the merchant or sellers. We also have retail items which is Sold and Fulfilled By Lazada itself. If you have concern especially on Defective, Damaged, Missing parts, Missing and Wrong item, feel free to return the item and we do offer free return.
