Good afternoon Lazada! I ordered last night 8 items of your product and I used credit card for the payment of my order, then nag emailed naman ang lazada ng confirmation sa akin na my order is being ship at the date of january 18-24, 2017 and the other items is on january 24-30, pero kinaumagahan nag email ulit sakin ang lazada na nacancelled ang order ko.

My concern is why my order is cancelled?

eh nag emailed naman ang lazada sa akin na my order is paid by cybersource, pwede po bang macancelled ang order kahit na may confirmation na nagsasabing napaid na ngcybercourse? Sana mahelp nyo po ako.
