Had used Lazada twice before
First order OK and one in transit
Paid P18.5k on credit card for a larger order ,several items.
Lazada pocketed the money and cancelled third order no.
When I complained and enquired about 2nd order being processed they cancelled my Log In so now no way to contact or resolve problem
Order in transit presumably lost.
Be Very Very Very aware of their practices and proceed at own risk
