I ordered a television and after charging my credit card they canceled the order. I reordered, they charged my card a second time and then cancelled that order.

I called and they offered no real explanation and had the gall to tell me to try again. We'll see if the thousand dollars in charged get reversed.

Hello, the said orders was cancelled due to some security reasons. We do have a order verification that was sent via Email, SMS or our representative will contact you to verify the said order and details of the Card holder for the safety and security of the Credit Card or Debit Card.

Don't worry for the amount because it will be returned to your account for 5 to 15 Banking days for Credit card and 5 to 45 Banking days for Debit card. The amount is not totally deducted but floating. You may contact your bank for further notice.
