I ordered in lazada and few hours after that I decided to check my account and was surprised upon seeing my order history being empty so I contacted their customer service rep and she said "there is no order associated with this account" meaning yung email ko so made my order again and guess what my ordered items was doubled when it was delivered the following week. Panay explain ako sa delivery man na buti na lang kakilala ng pamilya ko kung bakit nagkandadoble doble ang orders ko. Sa mga nagpapakancel diyan ng orders wag maging kampante na di talaga dadating ang orders niyo.

We're sorry to hear about what happened. Actually, marami naman po tayong ways para ma-pull up ang transaction maliban sa pagbibigay nyo ng order number.

You can give us the mobile number and/or the email address you used to place the order, kung may nagamit na voucher code, pwede din po yun. At pwede rin pong i-provide na lang ang full name na ginamit while placing the order. Anyways, if sure ng na-doble ang order, you always have the option if you'll accept the order upon delivery.

We can pull up your transaction records using your order number, the mobile number and the email address na ginamit sa pag-place ng order. Madalas po kasi, nagkakaproblema if ang email add na ginamit was inactive kaya walang notif na natatanggap ang customer. However kung nag-doble na po ang order, you always have the option if you'll accept the item upon delivery.
