bumili laptop hubby ko nung cc gamit nya error ung akala nmin ung cc problem so he used my debit card it went through successfully we even recieved confirmation email nadebit din pera from my acct...after 3days wala p din so he checked the status nklgay cancelled ung order...nagulat kmi and we called sabi nla nag error day website so i asked why we recieved an email confirmation plus the money was debited...i asked to have the refund right away their reason is that it takes 5-15 days ala daw sa lazada ung money but its floating...our bank told us it has already been collected by mastercard whic is the third party collector of lazada needs to call mastercard for reversal..pero lagi nla reason money is floating...if we will not have the money by next week i will indeed file a complaint sa dti...
