Last March 2018 I ordered a cath kidston backpack from Lazada. However, I returned the item because they gave me a different color and the bag looks 2nd hand so I opted for a refund of my P2,499.00.
They have already received my returned item. Then they informed me last April 9, 2018 that my refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. I have been waiting and waiting to no avail. I have tried chatting with their agents last April 19, 2018 and again last April 16, 2018.
Up to this date April 17, 2018, there is still no update and no refund of my money. .
This is really very very disappointing!
I just really hope they will give me my refund and improve on their customer care. Thank you
