Your Lazada CSR also insists that the desklamp's photo online in your catalog, shows the electrical cord connected to the front. The photo only shows the cord on top of the desklamp's base but not the cord itself connected, so it's not clear at all for your customers to tell if the cord is connected to the front.

Of course, your customers EXPECT THE LAMP'S CORD TO BE CONNECTED TO THE BACK OF THE LAMP AS THE NORM! where can you find a desk lamp that has its electrical cord connected to the back, I just don't know! Even the color shade of the lamp is different from the actual lamp from your online catalog! The switch is also going up and down and not durable!

Why do you insist on selling a product that obviously has a design defect! I think it's fair to say, that all electrical appliances have their electrical cords connected or found in the back part to avoid tripping over the cord and also part of good design.

My God, when will your CSR and Return department admit these! This is getting ridiculous!

I really think that your customer service should spend a week memorizing the return rules because these rules are specifically stated in your Help Page under: SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!

Please find me an electrical appliance that has its electrical cord connected to its front and tell me if the customer thinks its the norm! Everyone knows that even cheap appliances and their designers know where to put the electrical cord which is to the back of the appliance.

Do you even know that? Also, read your own Help Page which has the following rules under Satisfaction Guaranteed. In addition to the 100% Buyer Protection, Lazada and some sellers on Lazada offer a Satisfaction Guaranteed. You can return your item up to 14 days - no question asked!

Why do you at Lazada Return department INSIST on ignoring the above stated rules found in your own Help Page? This is ridiculous! Read the many other similar complaints on this website!

Is this the way Lazada does business? In the long run, you are the one responsible for your customers not being repeat customers!

The said item is a desklamp that wasn't the same color shade as in their online catalog. The lamp's electrical cord is connected to the front of the desklamp and not in the rear as normal. Imagine the electrical cord of any appliances connected to the front and there is a great risk of puling it down from the table and having it in the way of everything you do on your desk. The lamp switch is moving up and down and clearly not durable.

The return rules specified below in their Help Page follows below, yet their evaluators refuse to accept the return.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of desklamp bad quality and lazada evaluators error on rules. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of desk lamp and associated monetary loss in the amount of $980. Lazada Philippines needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.

However, please be informed that reasons for return were as follows:

- Physical damage

- Wrong product sent

- Missing items/parts

- Faulty or defective

- Product not as advertised - Size/Fit change/Faulty If your reason falls under any of these, you may return the item again back to us for re-evaluation. Thanks.

I already returned the desklamp the following day after the delivery wherein I had to call LBC several times before they made the delivery which was the day after the desklamp got into their branch office in my city. I specifically told your CSR not to re-deliver because of the following reasons: The cord is connected to the front of the lamp, the color shade is different from your catalog online, and the switch is not durable.

What does it take to make you understand that these are design defects. Your evaluators have repeatedly ignored these reasons below, several times now. Are you aware of this in your Help Page: Read!!!

I do not have the desklamp. I have not received any notification from LBC about a re-delivery!
