using lazada to buy something is the worst thing i do ,i buy a laptop on lazada when i received the laptop 2 days ,i reconize they missing my freebie and have some problem with the laptop.i apply to return the item ,i tick on pick up and i wait for 7 days no one come to pick up .i find live agent they said need 24-48hrs to communicate with delivery team ,i came 3 time they said the same thing with me 3 times one more 7 days go through.they said with me i need to drop off it myself because delivery team is not gonna pick up my item,ok fine i go to drop off .when they received the item they send my email my refund will process in 24hrs ,i wait for 5 days nothing change in my e-wallet,i find live agent they said i will process today few hours then send a reject mail for me what rediculous let me wait 22 days and they reject my request.this is exp Lazada give me when I use Lazada service

I didn't like: No contact phone numbers that people actually answer, Missing items, Because of poor customer service and a system so broken.
