Heres my story with Lazada Philippines: I ordered items paid with my credit card online a 4000 pesos TV stand. They delivered a cookie plate worth of 700 pesos and was recieved by a random person.

I was out of town and when i got back and notice the wrong item delivered by Lazada, the minute i talked to them about the problem they said it was not anymore covered so i lost my money for a cookie plate. I spoke to their costumer service but no help...Don't believe with their promises it was so hard to deal with them, No justice!!!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Tv Stand.

I didn't like: Not dependable i lost my money.

It also happened to me. They delivered the wrong product and refused to return my money instead they are giving me a store credit. Wtf!
