We have been a victim. We ordered an iPhone 6 (64gb) gold on your birthday sale (April 25,2018)
I received a phone call from 09458053775 and an email from Lazada PH Order that we need to pay the full amount which is P10,500 so they can process the item right away. At first we were hesitant bcoz we know how everything works at Lazada. We were called again by a Lazada rep and he PROVIDED the details of our order and informed that the merchant requested for a full payment since the initial order was cancelled due to high demand per lazada rep, it was sold out but they did everything to sustain our needs since we placed an order during Lazada Birthday sale, per Lazada rep they found a seller however COD isn't available for overseas seller so we were thinking that was a way for the merchant to secure their part. so we paid through Palawan Express in the amount of ₱10,500 as instructed in the email but we didn't receive any email confirmation for the payment. I have screenshots. If representative is not from Lazada, why on earth they have an access to order number, phone numbers and etc. Should we consider Lazada doesn't have security and privacy? Lazada Ph, please settle or I'll take legal action regarding this transaction. Thank you,
