We just started our online store via Lazada Platform last 2018 at first it's going smoothly until this Item a headphone was ordered by a customer Dec. 11 last tracking updates is Dec.

13 2018 til 2019 passed by.

Lagi akong nag fo-follow up da chat support nila lagi lang nilang sinasabi na maghintay dahil within 45- 75 days marereturn yun item. At ito na ang kinakatakot namin baka napag interesan ng tao ng Lazada last Jan 13 ni-mark nila yun item as Delivery Failed at ang sabi sa note is "Your parcel has been returned" so nagtaka ako kasi wala naman kaming narerecieved na parcel na headphone hinihintay nga namin yun item eh. At dahil sa humingi ako ng proof nila na nagpapatunay binalik ba talaga nila yun item ngaun ang sabi sa email ni-refused daw namin at hindi na daw pwedeng mag file ng claims kasi nga ni-refused namin... anung kagugohan yun?

Hinihintay nga namin yun item tapos sasabihin na binalik na pero ni-refused? ang gulo diba?

As you will see sa photo ang pagkaiba ng pag update nila sa tracking

Nag file ako ng claim pero na declined kasi nga daw ni-refused namin tanggapin yun parcel what a joke wala kasi silang mapakitang proof na Return Sheet kasi nga pinag interesan ng tao nila. Sarcastic
