I have been a loyal customer of Lazada for 2 years now. It is very disappointing to find out that they are no longer sending orders to Benguet.

An earlier dissatisfying change happened as well since last year that don't accept VISA/MC CARDS to make payments with. Some products are good in quality but many are not worth of what you are paying for. Materials used were more of light plastic, not sturdy or easily dismantled. The listing is not fixed.

The description of the items were falsely advertised. There is no option to cancel an order. Their partner payment site HELLOPAY is a ***. Over rated prices, you think you're getting a big discount?

From 10,000Php original price to 900php discounted price? I have seen same item from other sites and even in the mall and the actual price is just 499php. Huh! Disturbingly surprised.

Kakahiya nman sa laki ng discounts nyo. LBC and AIR21 personnel are sometimes arrogant. It would take more than 2 weeks to receive the order, and will never get the order on the expected delivery.

Lazada does send an equipment or item that is defective as always. My experience with Zalora is way better than Lazada.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

I didn't like: Slow replacement process, Status of order, No possible payment on checkout, Communication, Slow refund process.

Hi. We understand and fully respect your opinion about this.

Let me address your concerns one by one:

- For the Benguet deliveries, one of the possible reasons is that your location may be part of the declared "Out of Serviceable Area" of our courier partner. However, we have already forwarded this concern to the appropriate team.

- There was never a time that we suspended/did not accept Visa/MasterCard payments. But there maybe transactions that are being invalid due to insufficient funds, information mismatch and/or suspected fraud.

- HelloPay is just another payment method that we have and they also offer discounts, which we believe are really catchy.

- All establishments/online shopping have different merchants, so these means that all of them have different pricelist. You just have to choose what fits your budget.

- For delivery complaints, we suggest that you may call our CS hotline at 02-7958900, email us at www.lazada.com.ph/contact/ or engage in our live chat available from Mondays thru Fridays @ 9am - 6pm using the same link and report the said incident. Things like this SHOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. - For delivery time frame, please be reminded that we have 1-7 BUSINESS days delivery lead time for orders within Metro Manila and 5-12 BUSINESS days delivery lead time for orders outside the Metro.

Except of course for the import items which has 21-25 business days (30 calendar days) and POWERBANKS or anything that has LITHIUM content which has an additional 15 calendar days ontop of the standard del. time frame if within Visayas and Mindanao. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not included. - For damaged or defective, item not as advertised, if we have served a wrong item, missing item/parts, Website error (information/image/price) and/or if item does not fit, all these items MUST be returned to us FOR FREE.

If proven, we'll be more than willing to process refund/replacement.
