I have been a loyal customer of Lazada for 2 years now. It is very disappointing to find out that they are no longer sending orders to Benguet.
An earlier dissatisfying change happened as well since last year that don't accept VISA/MC CARDS to make payments with. Some products are good in quality but many are not worth of what you are paying for. Materials used were more of light plastic, not sturdy or easily dismantled. The listing is not fixed.
The description of the items were falsely advertised. There is no option to cancel an order. Their partner payment site HELLOPAY is a ***. Over rated prices, you think you're getting a big discount?
From 10,000Php original price to 900php discounted price? I have seen same item from other sites and even in the mall and the actual price is just 499php. Huh! Disturbingly surprised.
Kakahiya nman sa laki ng discounts nyo. LBC and AIR21 personnel are sometimes arrogant. It would take more than 2 weeks to receive the order, and will never get the order on the expected delivery.
Lazada does send an equipment or item that is defective as always. My experience with Zalora is way better than Lazada.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of slow replacement process and status of order. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss pricing issue of online order. Lazada Philippines needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
