March 2018, Lelexpress couriers telephone me asking for directions to my home. The Lelexpress rep had his phone on speaker-phone because I could hear others laughing in the background as he mimicked my foreign accent.
The item was not delivered as an email arrived minutes later stating that delivery was not being made as I had allegedly cancelled the order.
Yesterday evening, 4 July, at 7.15pm Lazada email that a long awaited packaged has shipped and will be delivered by Lex.Ph couriers.
Since when do Lazada make deliveries at night????
At 8.20pm Lazada email that the order has been cancelled because nobody was home.
We were home, but nobody called or phoned.
I waited nearly 3 weeks for that item, so I will pay the extra and get it within days from Amazon.com
A word of advice for Lazada Ph boss, getting rid of live customer support staff and replacing them with online bots is just you sticking your head in the sand as your customers use Amazon instead.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Preferred solution: Amazon takes your business.
I didn't like: Poor customer service with steroetypic answers, On line to put comments or questions to be answered right away.
