I ordered dec 9 to be shipped from china 1st email and SMS about delivery dec 29 never came and no notification of what happened, an email arrived later saying I requested postponement of delivery WHICH I DIDNT REQUEST 2nd email and SMS Jan 3 notification of delivery but none came and no notifications after Followed up with many live chat and later said the delivery is scheduled jan 11 3rd email received jan 3 informing they failed to deliver with the usual reasons that the courier tried to contact me (I didn't receive any) or that I requested to cancel (I didn't) 4th email today Jan 9 saying I cancelled my order and will be refunded WHICH I DID NOT DO I need the dress end of February that's why ordered fist week of December since it will be shipped from china
