Order placed, requested specific timeline. LEX personnel arrives on their most convenient calls you to accommodate them but you are not home and request next day delivery. LEX personnel confirms next day delivery. You wait for the delivery the next day. Delivery does not arrive. Then call Lazada customer service where they tell you that the order has been cancelled due to failed delivery.

Reorder the same item, request specific timeline to avoid hassle. Wait for the delivery. LEX personnel arrives on their most convenient calls you to accommodate them but you are not home and request next day delivery. LEX personnel confirms next day delivery and promises an expedite delivery. Receive notification via sms and email stating that they acknowledge the request. Wait for the expedited next day priority delivery. Nothing arrives. Call Lazada customer service where they advise that they will call you back then fails to call you back.


Product or Service Mentioned: Lazada Philippines Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Fail to provide quality customer service and promise.

Monetary Loss: $4000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product and service ordered as soon as possible and return wasted time in waiting for the delivery including the call credits used through a non expiring voucher which i will use if i decide to even purchase with lazada again..

I didn't like: Delivery process, Misinformation, Not keeping promises, Not following delivery timeframe.

I haven't receive the Nenuco cologne I ordered last Dec. 8,2018 but I saw somebody signed in.my behalf and it's delivered daw ng Dec.

11, 2018 but where is the item? Please make an.action regarding this otherwise I will make a move.

Lazada personnel make fraud I got loss of 600 $ they deliver wrong address


I ordered two items, binayaran ko na.. pro pag bukas sa package, kulang ng isa..

so...i know na nxt time gagawin, meron pa akong isang order na darating, i'll make sure nlang na kukunin ko ung package and wag babayaran ung item, coz 665pesos ung nawala sakin.. so..
