Order placed, requested specific timeline. LEX personnel arrives on their most convenient calls you to accommodate them but you are not home and request next day delivery. LEX personnel confirms next day delivery. You wait for the delivery the next day. Delivery does not arrive. Then call Lazada customer service where they tell you that the order has been cancelled due to failed delivery.

Reorder the same item, request specific timeline to avoid hassle. Wait for the delivery. LEX personnel confirms next day delivery and promises an expedite delivery. Receive notification via sms and email stating that they acknowledge the request. Wait for the expedited next day priority delivery. Nothing arrives. Call Lazada customer service where they advise that they will call you back then fails to call you back.

FRUSTRATING!!!

This reviewer shared experience about "fail to provide quality customer service and promise" and wants this business to "deliver product and service ordered as soon as possible and return wasted time in waiting for the delivery including the call credits used through a non expiring voucher which i will use if i decide to even purchase with lazada again" as the author lost $4000. Wow, I just stumbled on this site, and nice to see fellow customers with the same experience. Yung customer service nila sa chat ay well-trained in using flowery language para lang ma-assuage ang customer, perosa totoo, at sinabi ko yan sa kanila sa isa sa mga chat ko sa customer service, na puro lip-service lang.

Wala talagang follow-up kung ano ang nagawa nila dun sa concern ko. Kumbaga para ka lang nakipag-chat pero wala namang naibunga yung pakikipag-chat kasi sa ending, buti sumagot ang merchant, at kami na diretsahang nag-coordinate paano ibibigay yung kulang sa order amin. Maligalig ang Lazada, di ba?! Dapat sila gumagawa ng leg work, ang maghabol sa erring merchants.

Kaso yung pera namin, kinuha nang buo ng courier tapos nung nakaalis na (bawal daw kasi buksan sa harap nila????!!!!) dun lang nalaman na kulang yung laman. Symepre hindi talaga dapat patagalin yun, at hindi naman namin kilala nang personal ang merchant kung honest mistake ba yun o sadyang manloloko, di ba. Isa pang problema yang late delivery. Sana kung totoong 3 weeks, o lagpas 1 month halimbawa katulad ng shinare ng ibang nag-post dito, yun ang ilagay nilang date of delivery.

I think minamali nila sadya. Kasi kung halimabawa, ako, kutson yung binili ko, kung alam kong halos 3 weeks bago dumating, hindi ko na sa Lazada bibilhin kasi walang mahihigaan hanggang hindi yun dumarating, di ba. So masama yang practice na late palagi kesa sa expected date of delivery kasi tinatanggalan nila ng karapatan ang customer na sa iba bumili kung alam nila na ganun pala katagal ang delivery. Tapos wala nga silang check system kung tama ba ang bilang ng na-i-pack.

At dapat pag cash delivery, puwede buksan ang package sa harap ng courier, at kung kulang, bayaran lang kung ano yung dineliver. Dapat yung courier may direct line sila sa Lazada para sabihin kulang ang laman, at yun lang ang babayaran. Yung tatawagan nila sa Lazada, dapat may access sa order ng customer, para ma-advise ang courier kung ano ang tamang bill based dun sa na-deliver. Otherwise, parang legalized robbery, di ba, kasi cash on delivery yun, hindi Paypal o credit card na pwede mo pang maharang ang bayad, sabihin mo lang sa credit card o Paypal.

Napalitan naman eventually yung kulang sa order, pero pagkatapos ng effort sa part namin. Lazada, ewan kasi wala namang kahit isang e-mail saying kung ano nagawa nila sa problema e. Tatlong mahahabang chats yun sa customer service nila. Yung sa pang-apat regarding sa late delivery, dun lang ako nakatanggap para sabihin na na-deliver na ang kutson.

Parang joke. E syempre yung recipient ko pinadala agad yung picture na dumating na. So useless na finally may response back akong nakuha mula sa customer service nila.

So dun ko napagtanto, pwede sila magpadala ng e-mail sa customer regarding sa concern nito, so I would assume na dun sa unang problema ko na naka-3 chats ako sa customer service nila, wala silang nagawa. Walang update,e.

Tama ba lazada na ang bagong policy niyo sa delivery is tatawagan muna ang consignee?na kapag hindi niyo na contact or di nagreply si consignee walang delivery attempt?yun yung sabi ng courier niyo anong klaseng delivery policy yan kung totoo yung sinasabi ng courier niyo.09178435332 yan yung number ng courier niyo...

Bakit ba kasi hindi paltan ng Lazada yung partner nila na courier? Yung LEX pa at ang daming problema.

Na-change na yung status nung delivery ko na "delivered" pero wala akong natanggap na order.

Wala rin akong natanggap na text mula sa magdedeliver. Ano ba yan!!!!

18days old order hindi pa rin dumadating sa doorstep ko. 7th time na nakontak ang live chat service lagi sabihin na coordinate with logistics, pero Until now June 2 na, mag.iisang buwan na, wla paring dumadating na item.

Ordered it @ May 28 and it is now May 30 (Shipped) sabe Lex PH has picked up your package and its on the way! then texted after that Your package has been shipped by our logistic partner LEX PH with tracking number...

The first time I ordered the item, I received the product 2 days after I ordered it but the 3rd time i ordered an item , I have to wait more than a wk, they kept on sending an email that the product will be shipped on the said date and u have to prepare the amount but still it has not yet arrived. Pkibilisan nman po ang service , ayyyy

The LAZADA already did their part. We already have a communication of the Delivery agency.

They did not delivered the item on the day and then the delivery man called me asking for apology to deliver it tomorrow since it wasn't delivered today and now its on the 3rd day since the day he promised to deliver it but still no delivery happened!.

Where is my Order LEX EXPRESS! ?

Oh my,Hindi po ako bago dati pa po ako customer ng lazada. 1st tym to nangyari sa order ko ngtxt skin lazada SBI iddeliver daw today try LEX,pero wla man tawag dumting skin DQ tuloy magawa umalis buong magdamag dahil LNG sa order q.
