Order placed, requested specific timeline. LEX personnel arrives on their most convenient calls you to accommodate them but you are not home and request next day delivery. LEX personnel confirms next day delivery. You wait for the delivery the next day. Delivery does not arrive. Then call Lazada customer service where they tell you that the order has been cancelled due to failed delivery.

Reorder the same item, request specific timeline to avoid hassle. Wait for the delivery. LEX personnel confirms next day delivery and promises an expedite delivery. Receive notification via sms and email stating that they acknowledge the request. Wait for the expedited next day priority delivery. Nothing arrives. Call Lazada customer service where they advise that they will call you back then fails to call you back.

Order# 329271151 Dec 13, 2017 pa ang order til now wala pa sabi Dec 18 eh deliver na di dumating then move sa Dec 21 wala pa din then mobe again Dec 29 wala pa din untill now wa pa nakaka bwisit buti sana kng COD eh hindi bayad na un ano ba talaga may balak pa ba kayo eh deliver ang order ko pag tumawag sa inyo sabihin lng first priority nila ang order maliking konsumisyon ang dulot nyo sa mga customer nyo


I ordered two kinds of watch..the other watch was delivered already today..

but the other is not yet delivered.. why?? I just have 1 transaction for the two watches... dn why is it that only one watch is being delivered to me???

I expected to have it today..but disappointed..

Maybe the watches are from two different sellers, regardless if you ordered in one transaction but if you bought items per each different sellers then it will still be separate shipping.


Yung order ko december 15 pa hanggang ngayon wla pa rn.Ang nkaka badtrip kung e cacancel nila tapos hndi na ako mka order ulit kasi ubos na yung item na inorder ko.

Hi LEX, nagtext kayo kahapon na idedeliver nyo na yung item ko hanggang ngayon wala pa din.Sa office ako nagpadeliver bukas hanggang Monday wala akong pasok.

Nakakafrustrate kasi pagmagchachat at tatawag ako lagi na lang ieescalate yung concern. Kawawa rin customer support nyo kasi sila yung napapaginitan ng customer. Dapat gumawa na kayo ng action dito. First and last ko na oorder sa Lazada.
