Lex asan na order ko bkit ang status delivered na SO0011336700 yan tracking number nadeliver today 20:53pm nov 19 wala nmn ako narereceived at yung signature isang guhit lng nsa image. I'm worried kasi paid na yun thru credit card.


Bakit ganun delivered item ko pero wala ako narereceive my proof pa sila nang pirma na hindi nmn ako ang pumirma. Anung klaseng pandaraya yan.


I am expecting delivery today Nov 18 2018. when i trace it.

it says delivery attempt. i contacted the agent and then said that it was already received???.

now i need to wait for 24 hours for their feedback. My problem is, i pay it in advance!

LEX ano na napaka bagal ng transaction pagdating sa inyo, nag lagay pa kayo ng 2-9 days pucha e kung nilagay nyo nalang is 1 month para di kami bumili sa inyo na kayo yung courier ng seller. bagal nyo mga pagong kayo e


Sana umabot to sa management ng lazada ang mga comments natin. Last update ng order ko is november 14 pa, hanggang ngayon wala pa. Ni tx or tawag wala, bukas ang last entimated time of arrival ng order ko.


Umorder ako ng dalawang item sa lazada. Nung pumunta sila sa bahay nung morning wala ako.

Sabi nung courier babalik sila ng after lunch. Kaso walang dumating. Tas hinintay ko sila the day after at baka kako dumating ulit sila same time. Walang nagdeliver.

Tas pagtrack ko ng item sent back to sender na agd kasi MULTIPLE ATTEMPS failed daw.

Alam kaya nila meaning ng multiple??!! Once lang sila nagattempt to deliver tas irereturn to sender agd nila.


I don’t know what happen pero suddenly napunta sa LBC yung package ko. Ganto din ba sa inyo?

Una Nov. 12 received by Lex.

Ph Then Nov. 17 package has been shipped with LBC.


Lazada Customers Service is 0 for customer service. They are not doing anything with their pathetic logistic team LEX Ph. They are charging too high on shipping yet we are receiving very bad service.


yung order ko hndi kasali sa 11.11 promo pero hanggang ngaun wala padin bayad na yung item eh matatapos na ung estimated delivery date kailan pa kaya maidedeliver? xD


Kung sino man po gusti puntahan yung Lex pwedr niyo po sila puntahan sa sta maria drive sa taguig. Search niyo lang po lex sortation center.

Nastuck na din sa intransit hanggang ngayon wala. :(


This is crazy! Naka dalawang order ako sa lazada, both on 11.11.

Yung unang order ko maaga naship out kaysa sa pangalawa. Both 11.14 nareceive ng Lex Ph yung orders ko, pero mas nauna nila natanggap yung unang order. Kahapon, nakuha ko na yung second order ko which late nakuha ng lex. Pero yung unang order ko na nauna talaga nila nareceive, wala padin.

Walang progress sa tracking page.

Nastuck na sa parcel received by logistic nung 11.14 pa. Ano ba yan!

nakoo same po tau, 14 din stuck sa logistic at wlang update sa tracking


Lex ph cant handle the load orders from lazada. This is a very poor management for lazada team.

You can find other carriers if you have more loads. I guess lazada is trying to spend less money.


Langya pati sa akin delayed na masyado. unang order ko same item kinabukasan dumating naman agad pero this one ordered 10/12/18 wala pa 10/17 na.

gago tong Lex na to. Seller ako, ang sinasabi sa customer "return due to improper packaging".

ang sinasabi sa system nang lazada sa akin, multiple attempts were unsuccessful"..

nagkakalyo kalyo na kapatid ko kakapack nang mga benta...tas nareturn lang... sana makakarating to sa management nang lazada...
