Shockingly received a text message for a product refund for a product I waited for the entire time on the exact same date of the delivery. They purposely deliver the item earlier and not on the date in the account which was scheduled for delivery.

In result, the product gets refunded and the customer doesn't get the product and refund process takes the 5 days plus. Forcing the customer to order again and the main essence of LAZADA deals is completely insignificant. I really used to believe in the values of LAZADA, helping the rest of us in the economy.

Delivery couriers would take advantage of the market demand brought by the platform like LAZADA. Please be advised with this stint they are doing.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: LEX PH alternative.

I really order a-lot on Lazada. I am so disappointed with the courier guys, today they marked more then 5 of my items delivery attempt failed!

They didnโ€™t even try to make any contact with me.

I really want a explanation for this and I really want al my items I ordered delivered! If you go onto my account you will see all the delivery failed attempt for today and I promise they didnโ€™t contacted me once

Yes, i agree with the comments. Customers were asked to give their numbers so that the delivery man can text or call us.

Schedule should be delivered as per request of the customer. Thatโ€™s how you should serve your customers - โ€œcustomer serviceโ€ You live with your customers.

Its my first time to make an order sa Lazada app. Overseas yung item so matagal dumating then LEX ang courier.

Sept 8 ako umorder then ngayong Sept 17 dumating and MALING ITEM ANG DUMATING. Sobrang nakakagigil! I waited so much long tapos maling item ang darating! Tapos ngayon nakalagay sa app ko โ€œattempt deliverโ€ kahit nadeliver na, hindi tulog umaappear ang โ€œreturnโ€ option para mabalik.

Tapos kung ibabalik to, magbabayad ulit para ma-ship sa seller?!

Lazada is a big *** joke. Ugh!!

I almost paid for an item for about twice its actual price(Php6,000) which is nakaindicate sa label sa package. Dunno if this is a new modus or an honest mistake and who's at fault.

I just want to share this incident para aware din ung iba.

Always double check the amount to be paid thru your account. Wag basta2 tatanggap ng delivery.

Delivered wrong item (a common happening). Alerted Lazada via CHAT (can be Interactive Response) because and no definitive/comprehensive reply from Lazada for my questions/complaints..

The item I ordered was supposed to be a birthday gift.

And the wrong item was returned. Lazada has to resend the correct item soon.

same here...poor service of the courier...very disappointing!my parcel was marked by LEX as "failed delivery,return to seller" for the first unsuccessful attempt even if my parcel was "paid thru bank". Just because the recipient mobile number couldn't be reached...the courier didn't proceed with the delivery even with the given complete details of the address.I would understand if my parcel is COD but it is not.The courier should have tried 2nd attempt and not just immediately marked my parcel "return to seller" wtf!I just waited 2 weeks for nothing...and now they asked me to re-order?!LOL.

Iniwan ko payment ko sa roommate ko kasi di ko marereceve item ko na for COD nung araw na yon. Yung sa Lazada order ko P179, nag-iwan ako sa kanya nga P274 kasi di ko maalala if kasama na sa P179 yung delivery fee na P50 tapos wala na ako time nun idouble check sa app.

Nung pagkauwi ko ng hapon sabi ng roommate ko walang barya?? E ang nakalagay sa package 179? Bakit ganon LEX?

Kung nandon lang ako kinwestyon ko bakit may patong na P100 e. Kulang pa nga daw siya ng P5 kasi dpaat 279???

Failed delivery ang status ng Huawei P30 na order ko paid thru debit card. Before nun, i bought another little gaming accessory from different store just to check if madeliver ng maayos, ayun failed delivery din ang nilagay nung makarating sa HUB.

I sent screen shots to huawei store, sabi nila wala daw sila access sa courier services na lazada. Kakadisappoint, para pa naman sa birthday ng nanay, tapos na birthday wala pa rin.

wala din text or call na dumating from LEX PH staff. is this a massive deliberate incompetence from that courrier company?

Buwisit na LEX nag text 3 am out for delivery tapos hindi dumating. Nag antay lang mga tao.

Walang kwentang courier to ni hindi nga nagtetext ng update kung meron. Dapat dito ireklmo at tanggalin.

Buti nlng COD mode of payment q. Pag abutin p tlaga ng ilang araw kahit andyan n ang item.. Hindi q n tlaga tanggapin. .

Na notify ako email na ang order q ready for delivery na nung april 8 .. Antayin q lng daw tawag o message ng courier..

Naku inabot na aq ng april 9 walang tawag o text. Nkita q sa email sabi delivery attempt failed daw.. Mali daw address..

Dapat kung edeliver n dapat tumawag ang courier para magtanong. Nagsayang lng aq ng oras sa kkaantay

Until now there no latest update regarding to my order march 30 p n depart s manila hub until now wla p update at yung order q nsaan n ..npaka poor delivery para san p and duedaye ng delivery kung d din mssunod. Useless lng yn duedate nyo .
