Lazada Philippines - LEX PH will not deliver your item!
I ordered in Lazada a case for my iphone X in the seller named George Global. I paid everything thru Lazada Wallet to avoid any trouble and everything is settled.
Until at the 12 November 2018, the Lazada emailed me that the item is for delivery by LEX PH. Until the 13th of November, i was still waiting for the item but nothing came. At the same day the Lazada emailed me again that the item was delivered. I was confused at that moment because I didnt receive anything from LEX PH.
Then, I tracked my orders online. I was bit shocked to find out the item was already delivered by the couriers driver ADR ICM ALVIN TAN. Until now nothing I have heard from the supplier and the courier from where they virtually made this transaction to take advantage of us customers.
LESSON LEARNT: Donโt buy using LAZADA WALLET or avoid buying in Lazada! Not so happy.

I experience this 3 times in lex ph. The lazada gave me the number of the rider but they didnt even call me and delivery attempt was failed when they didnt even try to contact me.
I call the number of the rider that the lazada gave but they always tell me its on its way until such time they blocked my number. What kind of courier is that pls report them
LEX Courier please investigate Mark Martinez why he put delivery attempt failed, he didn't even contacted me. I tried to call him but his out of coverage area and tried to message him but didn't reply.
This is my 2nd package that he never deliver.
Why the other Lex delivery guy can deliver my package. Out of my 4 packages only 2 were delivered and the other 2 that were assigned to Mark Martinez are always delivery attempt failed..Please investigate this guy..Thanks!
Hello everyone, I feel bad for everyone here lol because all 30 of my orders from Lazada got delivered succesfully, although I didn't use any payment method other than Cash on Delivery so I don't recommend using any other payment method because it weight more problems on the buyer than Lazada or the seller. Using COD is I think the most balanced so choose COD lol
same here.. dec 1 nag order ako sapatos pra sa work ko..tapos nka bayad na..ilang weeks nag antay until nag text yun delivery man kaso hndi kami nka pag meet pro sabi pa nya bukas nlng antayin ko nlng txt niya pero wen tomorrow came, the whole day wla nag contact...until how many weeks, dec 29 ang status ng order ko naging return to sender..

Delivery Attempt Failed. sabe ng seller at Lazada as well na kokontakin ka ng driver once your orders were out for delivery pero ni isang text or call wala tapos magugulat ka na lang failed na.

Up until now wala pa ding balita kung ireredeliver ba yung orders ko. First timer here sa Lazada and this really disappoints me at its finest!!
Kung alam ko lang na ganito pala ang lazada di na sana ako umorder dito. Lagpas na sa estimated time frame , di pa rin dumarating order ko.
5 days na nasa sorting center pa rin, nakakainis, i learned my lesson na, sa shopee na lang talaga ako, madami nako naorder sa shopee still walang problema. Disappointed.
I have also experienced this today, June 20, 2019. i ordered a leg bag and paid thru lazada wallet.
I checked my app. It says item was delivered. it was not. To make matters worse, they have a proof of receipt, it wasn't my *** signature!
The most worst of this *** is that the Lazada customer care is useless!! Nobody to talk to and pacify your anger.
