i ordered an imported item last Feb 11,2018 and was sent by the reseller on the next day. and by the way the payment method is COD.

based on the lazada app the expected delivery date will be between March 1 - 9. but upon checking on the website its March 3 - 12. i didn't mind that i said its okay they might be having some issue that time. but days passed i still didn't hear anything from the courier about my order.

i called customer service and learned that the courier already has the item but did not deliver it and the representative said that it will be forwarded to a certain department and i should wait for 24hrs and i should receive an email from that dept. which didn't happen. that day i was hopeful that i will be able to receive the item and again it didn't happen. so the next day i called again and the next representative assured that she will take care of the issue (paasa talaga mga babae).

the call got disconnected because i'm out of credits since i'm using my phone. i didn't receive a callback but she was able to give me the tracking number. and now i did check the local courier's review and found out that they really don't delivery some items. so i am waiting for a month now and actually, yesterday my other order was not delivered as well.

i ask a question on Lazada Philippines Facebook Page if there is a way that i can choose the courier each time i make a purchase and they said it is not possible. so how do you guys handle this?

the issue with the local courier and those representative that works for you but never gets the job done. now i am really disappointed with what's happening and i am not making any purchase from Lazada Philippines for now until this is fixed.
