I ordered dress from this *** online shopping web, took forever to be delivered around 2weeks..when its arrived i got wrong size, so i have to return it,
I keep called 2GO and LAZADA and they keep blaming on each other
It took "ONLY" 3 weeks to notice my return was MISSING..
I cant take it anymore so i want refund it took another 3-4 days to be processed they said but its 2 weeks now and i have NOTHING still!!!!!!
The agent even asked me to stop emailing them for update, how *** was that? they closed my ticket and never follow up anymore..
I'm gonna sue this *** company
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1172.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Inconsistent delivery, Service, Poor customer service, Giving false information.
