I received the item December 8, 2014. The item was deffective, not charging and very different from the photos on the website.

I returned the item to 2go the next day December 9, 2014. As of today, december 16, 2014 I do not hear any feedback from lazada. 2go courier said that my item is already delivered to your warehouse last week. based on your FAQS for refund case you will give me notice after 2 bus.

days but i didnt hear any feedback. Why is it taking so long for my refund? and the feedback?

I need the refund as soon as possible. this is my first time and it is very bad experience.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $100.
