On 15th Dec i ordered a 1hp aircon from Robinsons via Lazada order number 348474****45836. I paid by credit card.

On 16th we received a message from Lazada saying bulky items could not now be paid for with credit card and we should pay using seven 11. We paid another p15499 and have receipt reference 2101-61**-**92. On19th Dec we had message saying this order was now cancelled and the credit card payment was returned but not the cash paid to seven 11. I have not been able to contact anyone in Lazada.

The messages i have left on chat line have not been responded to. I will contact Philippines Consumer Protection about this matter

User's recommendation: Don't buy anything expensive from Lazada.
