We have just started selling ebikes on lazada.
No communication from lazada , package failed and supposedly on the way back .
Failure to properly communicate or message regarding even pick up or the item .
Failure to message client in time to inform package is not possible to deliver due to delivery issues . Only client was informed later on and us had to find out through the client that they couldnt deliver.
Seriously the worst customer experience, so disappointed.
