A greedy company, kahit anong mangyari dapat kumita sila and sila lang..Pahihirapan ka sa claim and refund, pahahabain nila ng pahahabain hangang magkalimutan na or sumuko ka na, ilang beses nila idedeclined mga request u, grabe etong company eto.

Both for seller and buyers grabe sila, kung makapagcharge wala kang magawa kahit overcharge kahit may mali prate sila may dahilan.

Wala kang laban in short kasi ang kausap u ay mga customer service lang and wala din clang power kundi magfollowup lang sa department na walang access ang kahit sino.

Hawak nila pera u and wala kang magagawa kundi antayin u cla kung kelan nila gusto ibigay sayo minsan aabutin ng 6 na buwan.

Halos parehas ang na-experience ko sa kanila. Idedelay nila ng idedelay ang refund mo. Tsk tsk.

File a complaint sa DTI. Yung refund ko took over a month til nagreklamo ako sa DTI. Biglang bumilis ung refund process nila ng ma involve ang DTI.

hi, im planning to do just that. how long have u been following up with your concern with Lazada before you filed a complaint with DTI?

Also, can you walk me through how the complaint was filed? I'd really appreciate any info you can give.

I have a question. I initiated a refund on my ordered items because i received 1 item but paid in full.im supposed to receive 5 items in total and the receipt has the total price on it eventhough the delivered item is only one.i returned the item immediately to lbc but am i assured that i get full refund?i hope you give your couriers the list of orders so customers who can not receive orders because of work can be assured that the item is correct and not incomplete.
