Hi, my mom received an SMS or text and i received an email saying TODAY (19th March 2018) is the delivery of the item. Then suddenly an email received again saying: Our LELEXPRESS delivery associate took note of your wish to postpone the delivery of your Order #3156833242.
Please note that Lazada Express will attempt delivery 3 times within a 5 day period before considering your order as cancelled.
My mom has been waiting the whole day and no one even said to postpone the delivery. Worth ₱700+ is worth wasting time of your valuable customers?? PLEASE ACT PROMPTLY ABOUT THIS MATTER. it is okay to fail the delivery if your customers are being INFORMED WELL!
