1.ang gulo ng call rep. ng lazada... una ang delivery ng item ko is 5 days after pa verify,the next day tumawag ako 25 days daw after ma verify, the next day 15 days after ma verify.... ANOBEY LAZADA!!!

2.tumawag ako 9am sabi ang item ko asa HK pa, tumawag ako 6pm sabi dapat today ang delivery wait ako tom. i insisted asan naba talaga ang item ko, she confirmed na asa pinas na daw.. sabi ko as per unang cust.rep. 15days pa daw eh pang 4 days ko palang today, sabay bawi antay daw ako nextweek. ANOBEY TALAGA LAZADA!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
