I received a text message from my credit card provider that I have a declined transaction due to insufficient available credit limit, however I did not make any transactions and when I checked my account my credit limit was deducted. I called the bank and the CSR told me that my card was used in Lazada and other transactions.

I asked the CSR if they know or have the records of who made the transactions but they don't have. Is there a way to determined the name of the person who made the transaction so that he/she can be reported to the authorities.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
