i order a mechanical keyboard 2 days ago. i didn't even notice that my order was cancelled until i checked my email.

in my Email it says "No money has been deducted by Lazada from your payment card account; your issuing bank may have set a reserve equal to the total amount. Your issuing bank will reverse the reserve anywhere from 5 to 15 days depending on their policy. The reversal may be reflected in your next billing cycle.

Kindly contact your bank for more details." will i ever get my money back within 5-15 the order number is 318565347 pls help me. this is the first time something like this happened to me
