Please process my refund has been a month now since I returned the defective item you shipped. Please be true to your customers LAZADA!

We are so sick and tired of all alibis and false info's already...... please take action and not just by promising the moon and the stars all the time! Please give me updates regarding my refund. I am very much frustrated already LAZADA!
