You have cancelled my 4 refund requests (dated 28 June 2020) with the Order No. 300432****23980.
This is unacceptable. Please be informed that the option to choose/click on "Return" was greyed out/unavailable (it still is); thus i had no choice but to select the "Refund" option. Please see Case No. 205000****595190 for more details on the delivery of wrong items.
This has really been such a hassle (I have a full-time job and am looking after my sick parent) and you are making the situation worse. Please do something about this; otherwise, we shall have this case escalated to the DTI's Consumer Protection Group due to your negligence and inaction.
