Nakakainis na!Wala akong matanggap na emails coming from them!

Simula nung nag umpisa yung refund process ko wala akong natanggap na email! Ni hindi nila ako ininform via email na natanggap na pala nila yung returned item ko. Oo, nagtetxt sila pero yung email ang importante e! Nasend na daw nila yung voucher code pero wala naman!!!

AYUSIN NYO YANG CUSTOMER CARE NYO!!! YUNG REFUND KO IBIGAY NYO!!! Nakakalungkot lang na nangyari to kasi andami ko ng nabili sa LAZADA! Please makipag cooperate naman kayo.

Email lang talaga, di naman mahirap yun diba?Mag iintay ako ng 3 days pa kapag wala pa ewan ko nalang.

Hi.As per checking, resolved na po ang concern na ito since ang pinadala po naming refund voucher code was already used sa bagong order nyo with ON 364177626, which is currently being handled na po by LEX.
