Aug. 19 na ngayon.

Ang sabi nila pandemic daw. Meron na akong mahigit sa 20 orders after July 22 ang iba galing pa sa China. bakit na receive ko ang mga item . Ito ang tagal na sa logistics facility ninyo hindi gumagalaw.

Walang customer service na maka tulong. Ang number ninyo ay long distance , na sa Visayas region ako , so mag babayad pa ako sa telepono para maka tawag sa inyo ? Bakit Maynila lang ang phone customer service .

Taga Maynila lang ba ang gumagamit nang Lazada?

This is one reason to Order only COD basis. Kung meron problema sa item pag COD mahihirapan na naman mag contact sa customer service.

User's recommendation: always order in COD basis.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
