Lazada suppliers do not issue any O.R.s or Sales Invoices to customers even if item indicates that V.A.T was added to your total bill. If you open a trouble ticket, they customer service will say that they will resolve this immediately, but will never get resolved.

LEX delivery guy will also lie and tell you that the invoice is inside the package but isn't. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! WILL ONLY GIVE YOU HEADACHE FOLLOWING UP ON YOUR TROUBLE TICKET.

ITS A SHAME BECAUSE ITS AN ONLINE STORE WITH MANY PRODUCTS BUT NO AFTER SALES SERVICE. OPERATING LIKE A SIDEWALK VENDOR.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I have also experience many times the non issuing of official sales invoice with the sellers of both Lazada Philippines ans Shopee Philippines. Although I have requested it from the seller and even involved the Lazada Customer Service who will say they have informed the seller and will email the sales invoice but to no avail.

Buyers should understand that the Train Law Sec 237 mandates every seller (online or not) to issue official sales invoice for sale of goods costing P100 or higher. Non issuance caries a penalty of P10,000.00. And if the seller refuse to issue an official sales invoice, he will be penalized P25,000.00 for 1st offense. But BIR can not penalized the seller if the buyer will not file a complaint.

To file a complaint, type bir.gov.ph in your browser and go to their eComplaint Section.

In eComplaint, double click eComplaint NO-OR, then click Complaint Form and fill up the form and submit it. Remember that when seller do not issue Sales Invoice, then most likely sellers will not report the sale to BIR, thus foregoing taxes from the sale.

What you can do is document your purchase (take photo of the Seller Center Invoice or Collection Receipt that Lazada provides during delivery with the product purchased) and attached it to your complaint to BIR thru email. Their email address is no-or-complaint@***.gov.ph. Mention in your letter that the seller did not issued an Official Sales Invoice.

AND AFTER SALES SUCKS! THEY WILL JUST INFORM YOU THAT THEY WILL DO A FOLLOWUP AND EVEN ESCALATE IT BUT NOTHING WILL STILL HAPPEN!!
