Bakit hanggang ngayon wala pa rin akong natatanggap na text o tawag para sa unsuccessful na delivery ko kahit hindi ako nakatanggap ng txt o tawag? Nag update na rin ako ng contact after notify na hindi successful yung delivery noong Byernes pero hanggang ngayon walang update ni Mr.
John Kenneth Alesna Tuvilla, hindi ko rin sya matawagan kase sa application ng lazada wala namang contact number ng delivery man. Tapos tinatawagan ko yung hotline ninyo walang sumasagot naubos nalang load ng cellphone ko, tapos yung online chat nyo wala namang nakakausap na agent laging CLEO yung sumasagot na naka system!
