Good Day! We were wondering as to why one of the items we ordered has not been delivered.
We were currently in Samal for our family reunion when we received a call stating that our item was to be delivered that day. We answered the call saying that we were currently in Samal, so we could not be able to receive the order that day, and asked if they could deliver it in our home the day after tomorrow. The caller from the Lazada department in our hometown said that they could do so and ended the phone call. We received a text later that day stating that we should text them anytime of the day to confirm if we could receive the item tomorrow.
However, we were not able to read the message that day so we were able to read the message the next day. As instructed, we were able to reply the message except, we did so the day after tommorrow. The next day, we were able to receive our order but one of our items were missing. We were told that it will be delivered to us later that day but much to our suprise, today is already the 3rd day since one of our itrms was delivered.
We have been trying to contact LAZADA CDO to confirm and remind them about our order but we were not able to hear from them. This disappoints us very much. Can we still get our item or not?
If not, we would like to cancel our order and we will order another item from another shop instead. Thank you.
