Please remove your so called "effortless shopping" tagline, IT'S JUST A BIG LIE! There's nothing effortless about being on the phone trying to get a solution from one of your
good-for-nothing representatives, all they do is provide false 'assurances'. They give different ticket numbers per call (2867180 and 2884120, wonder what's next?) and promised
a callback from supervisors (Raquel, ID 189084) which never happens. I just wanted a solution to my problem where my item is tagged as 'delivered' for a week but I haven't
received anything yet. It's been a week since I first called and all I keep getting is "we are contacting our specialist", your specialists are useless!
Worst customer service ever! I'm gonna spread this in every blog I know, tweet about this all day and keep posting on your page until I get a reply which makes sense!
