very very bad experience for 1st time customer. ordered a Lenovo laptop but was defective.
can't be used even on the first day. initiate return but unfortunately their website is always offline that's why LBC doesn't accept it. finally it was returned but will deliver back the same defective item as they can't repair it. what a shame!
I am an OFW and the money I earned and paid for that item came from hardwork. di ko yan pinupulot lang. at least be considerate enough. do your part.
