I still haven't received the package it has been 10 days already. I was expecting to have that before Christmas.

I was very upset, tried calling their hotlines but can't connect same as 2GO tracking. I really never know where to follow-up, I'm still hoping to have the item at least by Dec 24, but today is Dec 22 already. This issue gives me stressed as I am thinking that if I wasn't purchased the item I will never have this kind of problem. One thing that bother me is that as per the rep that I spoke from 2GO the item was shipped from CEBU??

I wasn't informed about that thing.

How I wish somebody could help me.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Slow delivery.
