we ordered a cellphone on Lazada this afternoon. VIA BDO installment

and have a successful payment transaction. But Hours later after i check my laptop. i have seen on my lazada Orders that my order has been Cancelled. i was not even notified why or How my ordered was cancelled. it just have a written reason on my order that (Reason :system default reason)

we call our bank right away to verify and they said to call lazada about it. Nowhere else to reach Lazada, Lazbot is Useless to answer or even verify the concern.

now were wondering if our cellphone will get delivered or we pay our bank for the order that has not Delivered.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $11070.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Lazada Philippines Pros: Liked it before.

Lazada Philippines Cons: Helpdesk now.

Funny how LazadaPH always starts with how they understand. Kind of loses it meaning when you have the same types of complaints for years and never fix the problems.

Lazada lies about refunds all the time. When and if you can ever contact customer service get the transaction number, If Lazada actually did the refund then there is a transaction number if they don't have a transaction number then they are just script reading lies to you.

Lazada has gotten much worse since the Chinese group bought in, using the Philippines as a dumping ground for fake products and Lazada has made talking to customer service rep harder. Take your money and then make it near impossible to complain.

30/09/2018 - Order 207954****25733 you fill part of the order and cancel the cell phone, out of stock.? now i am waiting for the return of my money to my bank account from all of these orders i placed with Lazada. These 3 people are disappointed in not getting what was promised.

all items show in stock on your website. how do i recommend any company that make simple mistakes on simple orders.?

i already talk to one of your Agents regarding this matter last night. and gave him/her the screenshot of the successful BDO installment proocess.

and said that he/she will coordinate with your payment team and see what you guys can do in order to resolve the issue. and Email me for any Updates. so i wait since this morning up to this time 3:00pm and still waiting for progress. how long will it take for the lazada team to verify?

since you guys have a merchant reference number. we also call our bank for the second time to reconfirm the said transactions. they said that the credit was good and the only one that is not yet comfirming was LAZADA. or your Merchant up to this time now.

and that they cannot cancel the said transaction without lazada confirming the payment or canceling the payment.

Hi Ma'am/Sir, we have already coordinated with our Payments team about this, and according to them, the refund for your item is already being processed and should reflect on your account within 5 to 15 banking days. Should the refund amount still not reflect within the given time frame, you may contact us again so we can request for a proof of refund from them which you can present to your issuing bank if ever you will need to file a dispute with them.

The same thing said to my Email. 5 days has passed now since the refund process.

and found out on our bank that this payment has been taken by LAZADA and we are now scheduled to pay this billing statement for 6 months term. How long will it take to be refunded? i have spend so much time calling and asking for follow ups about your fault. Most of all since This fault has been on lazada's end, and the payment is already on lazada since the time of purchase, WHY NOT JUST SHIP THE ITEM?

since it was already Been PAID COMPLETELY so there will no more inconvenience to your consumer?have a proper coordination with your payment team and order team or on your system. that we consumer can get what we really purchase on our hard earned money. rather than begging on our own money to be refunded and be processed.

or paying for the item that has not been SHIPPED to Us. Just dont send us a wrong item or an item that needs replacement.
