Madam/Sir,

Today 08 April 2019 around 2:00 PM after recieving and paid an item delivered by the an agent courier from Lazada. He left hurriedly without letting me sign any verification that the item has been properly received and checked.

It was found out that the item that I received was missing or not in the package. Instead I received only an accessory ( mini SD adaptor ) which is not the main item I ordered. It should be 128Gb mini SD card.

Kindly see attached herewith is the actual item received not the main item ordered including the package details to support my complaint

I am adressing this incident and provide an urgent resolution to my claims.
