I have a question po. Bakit po lagi nalang Payment failed sa lazada using my card?

Is there any error? May balance naman po account ko. But after payment failed kinakaltasan naman yung account ko. Second time na to.

Pwede po bang malaman anong dahilan ng error na to? Im using Mastercard and it is Gcash. Another one month uli bago ko makuha yung refund. First po yung sa Product Name: 12pcs Tooth Whitener Dental Bleaching Dental Teeth Trays Care Whitening.

Date: June 18, 2018, Time: 10:15 pm. Cost 403.00 pesos. Order number #202852998682624. and The Second one is Product Name: White Light Teeth Whitening System.

Date: June 30, 2018. Time: 1:37am Cost 150.00 pesos. Order Number #203285669082624. May napansin din po ako.

Last 4 digits is the same. Anong cause po nitong pag cancelled ng order ko pero kinakaltasan yung card ko?
