Everyone has to wait for 24 hours for a simple letter stating the order was cancelled and they did not charge my bank. Why is this happening?
So lazada ph does not add more people to work at the payment team? Considering the fact that many Filipinos are willing to work for minimum wage? So what is your company policy? Save money,less people,pissed f clients?
You are not the only business emerging in this industry at the market. Soon you will have competitors and it will be too late that you realized you are loosing due to your system. Saving, less people and more complaints.
You take commissions form your merchants. You are the one should be blamed as your system is not reliable.
