Everyone has to wait for 24 hours for a simple letter stating the order was cancelled and they did not charge my bank. Why is this happening?

So lazada ph does not add more people to work at the payment team? Considering the fact that many Filipinos are willing to work for minimum wage? So what is your company policy? Save money,less people,pissed f clients?

You are not the only business emerging in this industry at the market. Soon you will have competitors and it will be too late that you realized you are loosing due to your system. Saving, less people and more complaints.

You take commissions form your merchants. You are the one should be blamed as your system is not reliable.

Hello, we do understand your concern. If you cancelled your order or your order was cancelled and you used Debit or Credit Card as payment method, it will be process for refund and once the order status of the said order is Refund Completed.

The amount will be returned to your account for 5 to 15 Banking days for Credit card and 5 to 45 Banking days for Debit card. The amount is not totally deducted but floating.

All Credit and Debit Card payment method is a transaction only yet it does appear on your bank statement or bank records but no actual amount is deducted because it is only a transaction that is why it is Floating. The deduction will be processed once your order was delivered to you.

May we know the order number?

So we may check the order status of the said Order.

Pagkakaalam ko sa case ko nabawasan ang pera ko sa bangko. Ang laki pa ng nabawas. Ilang buwan na ang nakalipas hindi pa rin narereverse ang amount.

Ilang emails na, wala pa rin.
